Looks like there are going to be a few Black SS/RS Camaros around So Cal!

I last talked to them in person about 3 weeks ago. At that time all their orders (8) were still at 1100. Just recently I emailed them and got this reply "yours has been pulled and may possibly have been built but we don't have an invoice or a date of when it'll be here, but soon!" I confirmed with another forum member who also ordered from them that 5 orders were pulled.

That's good news! Like I said... some dealers are just clueless. I was never told when my order was pulled... just told after it was produced. It's not such a bad thing I guess. As long as your order goes through like it's supposed to, you know?

The first 2 orders are for the dealers family. The third one is for the gas station owner across the street (which they've supposedly been friends since opening in 1941, insert old guy voice here.)

I ordered mine on 04/27/09, 2LT RS Black/Black, automatic and sunroof in Upland. I was told yesterday that I won't get it until mid Sept. at the earliest as long as nothing happens with GM. That will change everything. Hope it all goes well. I can't wait for my car!

Thanks! Can't wait! I got my workbench order # yesterday. It says preliminary with priority 1 and sold on it. It will be a long wait but well worth it. This is going tobe a lesson in patience!

I ordered a black 2ss with black interior and manual transmission. I ordered it on April 3, 2009. My dealer emailed me on the 23rd and told me that my ordered had been accepted and that the car should be here by the end of June if all goes well. He hasn't given me a vin # or anything like an event code. How do you find out your event code? I ordered it from Courtesy Chevrolet in San Diego.
