NEW!!! NightOwl RGB Halo Kit V2 for 2010-2013 RS + 2012-2015 ZL1

After great success of our NightOwl Halo Kit V1, we are presenting our new version: V2.

All of the same great features, but a simpler design, resulting in a lower price: $379.99

V2 Halo Kit: store.nightowlleds.com/halo-kit-v2

The installation DOES NOT require baking the headlights!!!

Like Version 1, V2 gives you a multi-channel system that is expandable to 16 modules and 32 channels. Version 1 did include some accessory ports for things like grille lights, DRL Halos, DRL Harnesses, etc. You can add these at any time by adding an SL module. We even have our new miniSL module available now.

You've got the best car, now don't settle for anything but the best for halo kits. Now even more affordable!

If you don't have to Open your headlights, how do these install?

by removing the ballast and the back opening as well.

Joe, does this mean an updated app as well?!

Xanytos is right...there are two openings in the headlight to get to four torx screws to remove the OEM LED. Our kit even includes two different length of the torx bit to make the job easier. No baking, cutting, or gluing involved.

We will have a small update shortly to support the new module types.

Wow good timing I guess... I'm a complete noob here. I've wired some footwells up, replaced my door ABL LEDS and added the dash ABL mod but not exactly sure where this install lands on that?

Also I am planning halos and engine and grill lighting and wondering which option/combo would be the best for that?

The V1 kit would be your best choice since you are wanting grille and engine bay. The V1 kit is on sale during our Black Friday event, until they are gone. Our supply of V1 is going quick.

Also does V1 require baking headlights to open? I love that v2 doesn't require that

We've already started our Black Friday sale...these are the lowest price right now.

Neither version requires baking. Leave that for mom.

Very nice. How long are these prices good for? My b-day is the 29th and it would be a great suggestion for the wife to get me.

This is the new price for the foreseeable future. We've been pushing these out the door, but still have plenty of stock right now.

We only include the video on disc with the kit. We have had hundreds of people able to do this. The only one that I know of that wasn't able to do it after watching the video was a guy who was legally blind. It does take some patience with small screws, but that is the most difficult thing about it. We include two different lengths of torx bits to make this job easier. I always take the headlights inside and place them on a towel on top of the kitchen counter. Pull out your favorite beverage and take your time.

You can get just the headlight halos. That is the V2 kit without any options.

Just installed me halo kit!! Nightowl is amazing!! I do have a question about how to have the halos automatically cut off when I get out of the car? And how to have them come on when I remote start?

We're trying to get a "Using the V2 Halo Kit" video put together just to help the learning curve and explain a few things. We haven't got it done yet.

The basics are this: Set a default color for each device. Then only plug in the master module (the wifi module inside the cabin) when you want to run programs. For daily driving and when the car is parked, just unplug the master module. When you turn on the ignition, the halos will come on at the default color, and turn off when the ignition is off.

The power cable taps into the ignition source. So as long as you have the default color set, it should turn on when you remote start the car.

Be sure to check out the videos here: http://nightowlleds.com/how-to_videos/
