Were real close to making a deal for the Host Hotel for the BC/Alberta Meet and Greet July 21/22 in Revelstoke. Should have the Hotel deal done by tomorrow. Get ready to make your reservations. Who's in for a weekend roadtrip?

Ok we finally Have a Host Hotel for Saturday July 21st

The Hillcrest Hotel in Revelstoke B.C.

They are excited to accommodate us as they've hosted Car Clubs in the past.

I highly recommend booking your rooms ASAP as this is a very busy weekend in the area and hotels will fill up fast.

Please call 1-250-837-3322 and mention that you are with the Camaro5 group in order to get the group rate of $133

As we get closer to the date we can also make decisions on dinner and breakfast as they have offered deals on both.

Unfortunately idont think I'll be making this one, it's 1150 Kim's away, around 12 hours driving one way, and I have to work the Sunday. And I'm already taking time off for the Alberta cruise June 16

Were thinking the BC group will roll into town around 3 PM and then try to find out the arrivial time for the Alberta group. We can make plans to meet you in Salmonarm so you can join the BC group. If the BC group is in town first, which is likely we will probably roll further east to meet the Alberta group. That way we can cruise into town on mass.

Good plan. I'll pm you guys my cell and we can meet up in Salmon Arm. If the Alberta group is leaving from Calgary in the morning they should be there plenty early. Revelstoke is only 4.5 hours away.
