This it def a wrong doing on the vendors end. the buyer is not satisfied with what he received he should be able to return it. I would be livid if this happened to me because like the op I am very anal with anything that goes on my car. Keep fighting bro, I believe you should be entitled for a full refund if your not satisfied. Just my .02

He proved this with the replies he posted. I think the Vendor is not to blame for how this whole thing was handled. Cetainly wih the initial quality issue but they are good vendors always willing to work with their customers. He never allowed that to happen here, before he gave up.

I for one can say AAC has amazing customer service. They helped me get my fog light kit situated and even though i was a pain they still continued to help me with the issue. I sent them a email, they replied, i did what they told me to do, if it didn't work kept at it and eventually the problem fixed itself.
I would say AAC has amazing customer service and is one of the very few. |

Bad move eating the $350, IMHO. Don't let anyone on a free forum talk you into accepting an inferior product. I wouldn't care who commented what, I'd keep on them til they either fixed it to my satisfaction or returned the product for refund. Plain and simple.

You have no idea what I have or havent sent them in regards to messages or phone calls now do you... Do you work for either company NO YOU DONT! Get over it, and stop acting like you are there customer service rep. You have nothing to say at all, you dont have a clue what has went on.
