This it def a wrong doing on the vendors end. the buyer is not satisfied with what he received he should be able to return it. I would be livid if this happened to me because like the op I am very anal with anything that goes on my car. Keep fighting bro, I believe you should be entitled for a full refund if your not satisfied. Just my .02

Vexss2010, Please

He is not fighting, he sent one email to them before he went postal on the forums, They asked him what he wanted to do and he never replied, until we asked him what he did, he never answered us, he finally goes on a tirade and sends them 3 emails in one day to rant at them more, after getting chewed in here, then he acts like he was a victim... He handled the situation completely wrong... The vendor was not trying to screw him out of anything, they asked him how he wanted to proceed and HE DID NOTHING prior to going off on them in this thread. He proved this with the replies he posted. I think the Vendor is not to blame for how this whole thing was handled. Cetainly wih the initial quality issue but they are good vendors always willing to work with their customers. He never allowed that to happen here, before he gave up.

I for one can say AAC has amazing customer service. They helped me get my fog light kit situated and even though i was a pain they still continued to help me with the issue. I sent them a email, they replied, i did what they told me to do, if it didn't work kept at it and eventually the problem fixed itself.
I would say AAC has amazing customer service and is one of the very few.

And if the OP had given them an opportunity to fix this, he might feel the same way.

some more please.

They also have a right to know about your piss poor ability to write a real review, and your inability to cope with things when they don't go the way you expect. Southwest Speed and AAC don't deserve a bad review because of your shortcomings. You are ranting to never buy anything from them, because YOU failed to do YOUR part in all of this. I'm sorry it was not to your standard, or mine even, but I would have either cleaned it up, or replied to Ivan about sending it back and asking them to clean it up. Especially if I spent $350 on it. But you failed to do anything productive about it, and I am standing up against that, to protect other members and the vendors from piss poor reviews like this.

So you think you were doing your part in writing a horrible review, I am doing my part to bring your to light.

BTW, It's called standing for something, but you wouldn't know anything about that.

Bad move eating the $350, IMHO. Don't let anyone on a free forum talk you into accepting an inferior product. I wouldn't care who commented what, I'd keep on them til they either fixed it to my satisfaction or returned the product for refund. Plain and simple.

GunnyG no body talked him into anything... He chose to do that on his own, that's the point, he chose not to do anything about it but complain, he did not give them an opportunity to fix it (or fix it himself) before he just went off on them. What vendor or person would want to work with a person who does that? This is why we kept asking him if he did anything other than complain here...

He had an opportunity to fix this, but he did not, instead he pulled this crap. I doubt he has a chance to fix it at this point, If I was SWS or AAC I'd tell him to go fly a kite after this

I agree eating the $350 is plain stupid... but does not seem beyond Nebchevy obviously.

I'd fix it before I had to deal with back and forth shipping crap, but I realize not everyone nows how, so then he should have told Ivan what he wanted to do.

You have nothing to say at all, you dont have a clue what has went on.

I told them many times to fix it or just give me my money back is what I want. So dude shut up cause you have no idea what you are even talking about.

Alright folks. Emotions are a little tense in this thread. It looks as though the vendor has attempted to reconcile the issue, but the op has decided not to take it.

Closing the thread before forum files are violated.

Good luck on your quest to get this resolved to your liking nebchevy.
