Excellent communication, $0 down and selling at MSRP, checking work bench daily and keeping me and the 10 others in his system up to date with any changes.

Treated me well, even when I didn't order at first. Very knowledgeable about the car and excited to see it return. No pressure at all to order and great to work with. Ordered with them even though I could have been way closer to getting my car at a high pressure dealer. Being treated fairly is worth a lot to me. And they saved us almost 8 grand off the car. They are the type of dealer that you think of from the great times in GM's past. Honest, reliable and trust worthy. Someone who you can do business with and not worry about the hidden fees and random markups.

Rob Melone, Internet Sales Manager

We chose this dealership because of the way we were treated and they gave MSRP in writing on 10/13. Also gave us our Workbench paperwork when we ordered. Told us what allocation they had and what # we were. The people we have spoken with at the dealership either knew the answer or would find out with no complaining about us bothering them. As far as I know have always been truthful and not hidden anything. Also telephoned us with new info about status change. Always seem happy to speak with us. At this point in time we are extremely glad to be working with Rob, Randy, and this dealership. Rob is also a member of Camaro5.

Southgate Chevrolet - Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Sales Manager - John Cashion
Salesman - Chris Gramzow

I have been dealing with John mostly and I have to say that Southgate has absolutely done what they can with the information they have been given.

John was as perplexed as I was that my car did not come in when he said it should and I'm sure almost drove himself crazy trying to get answers on it. The owner of Southgate even made a couple of phone call to get information that John couldn't.

John has kept me up to date, has given me excellent information and sold to me at MSRP!

I also have to say the receptionist is a very upbeat woman and if you're feeling down, all you have to do is hear her answer the phone and all your cares go out the window! Real spirit lifter!

If you guys at Southgate are following along on Camaro5, kudos to you all and thanks for the outstanding service!

Matt was great to work with, told me up front this buisness is about customer satisfaction and return sales. MSRP is the only way to do that! Awsome dealership. Plus they still have a couple allocations. So if your in North Alabama Give Matt a call @ 256-232-5692/1800-239-5692

Was a really great experiance. (just wish QC didnt hold the vehicle for 68 days but no regrets now I am loving it!)

SOOOOOOOO far Wes w Reilable chevy in Springfield MO. I say so far cause havent ordered yer but treated great so far. Let my wife and I test drive and really go through one today by not having a prob w putting our 4 month old in the back for a spin putting stroller in trunk. There were people dyin to be in and around the car he took us right up past everyone and let us take over and do whatever we wanted w no hassel afterwards. Might not sound like much but several other dealers laughed when we tried to do the same so thanks Wes hopefully will be ordering soon. It didnt hurt that he knew about our site and is a member. Thanks again Wes will be ordering soon as soon as he confirms IBM for ss for some reason their system was only showing ABM for ss I just told him to check the IBM thread several SS!

Novato Chevrolet in Novato, California. Ordered and Bought the car for MSRP. I ordered and put my deposit down all over the phone, never even went to the dealership to sign any papers. I was updated through out the whole process and recieved the car after exactly 8 weeks from the date of ordering. When I picked up the car, I signed all my paperwork and put my deposit down and was in and out in 1 hour. The dealership and the sales staff were honest and did not even mention or try to sell me any add-ons or extra warranties. A BIG THANKS TO MARK(SALES MANAGER) and PAUL(INTERNET MANAGER).

The motto: Promises made are promises kept. How many dealership owners personally take the time to sit down with you, have the knowledge to answer your questions and actually have a conversation as a Camaro enthusiast rather than a person trying to sell you a new car.

Beardmore Chevrolet, Bellevue, Nebraska. Terance and Reese in sales and Kevin in inventory have been great. I bought on 08 Vette from them last year, my brother has purchased two Vettes from them and they have been fantastic all around. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Omaha/Bellevue area.

I have written some bad things about dealers in the past that were unnecessary to say the least. Sure there are some uninformed, price gougers out there but having never sold cars for a living I should know better than to judge. In this moment of humble clarity, I hope you will accept my deepest apologies if I have offended you. I hope your industry improves, that you can afford to send your kids to college, and that you find peace in all that you do, Amen.

Seriously,

Dan

Mitchell Chevrolet, Marlinton, WV. Best small-town dealer ever!

Sam Mitchell - Co-owner with his brother, Joe Mitchell.

304-799-6388.

A larger dealership offered to purchase their "lot car" for $1,500 over MSRP, but instead sold it to a customer for MSRP - great people!

Even though Im pissed off I don't have my car yet:

Paul Conte Chevrolet
Freeport, NY
Salesman: Ralph Montanino
Manager: Steve Skulnik (I think thats his last name)

They have been complete gentelmen through this whole ordeal, Ralph makes sure I always have mint copies of all Camaro literature, and even gave me a Camaro travel mug. I know they are doing all they can to get me my car ASAP, and its nice to know you can trust the guys you are forking over so much cash to. The whole dealer is an overall friendly atmosphere too, clean and nice.

Ordered 10/13, allocated 4/11. I met the guy who ordered the first two cars, that was his car that showed up, he got one of his two, the other just got invoiced according to UCF Woots Database so should be there soon. I was 3rd or 4th.

Serra Chevrolet, Miamisburg, OH (Dayton area)
Salesman: Dave "Matt" Dillon
Sales Mgr: Ken Helmbright

Just picked up my car last night, and throughout the whole process these guys have treated me great! Serra is a "no haggle" dealer - the price on the tag is what you pay. For Camaros right now, that's MSRP. The ordering process was much like when I ordered a Saturn many years ago - no one pounced on me, and I actually had to go find someone to ask questions. No pressure, ever. Salesman Dave admitted he did not know much about the Camaro, but his "I-don't-know's" were always followed by "Let me find out for you."

I called at least every two weeks to check my status, and Sales Mgr. Ken not only read me my current event code, but read back through the history every time to make sure it was right. If he wasn't at his desk and I left a message, he always returned my calls and never acted like I was being a pest (even though I probably was LOL). I made changes twice, and Ken & Dave read back over my order to make sure everything was right, no options got dropped, etc.

No surprises on delivery - price quoted was what I paid. I even wrote the wrong amount on my check (forgot to subtract my deposit ) and Dave quickly pointed it out to me when he could've easily soaked me for an extra $500. He didn't even try to push rustproofing, extended warranty, or any of that BS on me. After the papers were signed, he offered to show me whatever I wanted on my car, but didn't push it - he knew I wanted to get out and drive it!
