If you are referring to the connection to the housing, you can double up on the o-rings by installing the stock bulbs' o-rings over these LEDs as was suggested to me; it will definitely tighten the connection.
However, if you are referring to the connection between the bulb and the socket, then from what I've read it seems to be a common problem with P13W LEDs regardless of the manufacturer/vendor.

As far as I know, these do not have a built-in voltage regulator. I used them with a plug-n-play harness I purchased from a member.
As I had mentioned previously, you have 3 options when using LEDs for your DRLs. With these specific bulbs, however, you will have to go with options 2) or 3).
Otherwise, you can go with option 1) and purchase AAC's bulbs...which are twice as expensive and might be a bit bluer. I'm not sure who, if anyone, else sells them with a built-in voltage regulator.

I haven't had any weird problems yet, no flashing, no dimness or uneven light, and I haven't blown out a bulb yet either.

Yea I'm planning on using 2SSRS's harness. I'm just wanting to know how they are holding up seeing as it's been almost a month since this thread was made and I've read about the led versions burning out after only a couple weeks because of the PWM without a voltage regulator.

These two things are exactly why I don't want to buy them from AAC. Their plasmas appear to be in the 6k range while V-Leds have a 5k set. And I don't appreciate the $50 price hike for adding something that appears to be simple.

I have used v-leds for the rest of the LED's on my car... good stuff!

I am honestly not convinced that the PWM will damage LED's besides AAC's... PWM is a normal way to control LED's... search it on Google. The only reason I can think of besides bad LED's and assembly, is if the PWM signal that the car is using is too noisy or too fast/too slow for the AAC LEDs...

I had the same issue with mine. I wondered if they would unclip as well... but so far I haven't had any issues with them. I even filed down the housings a little to try and get them to fit a little better. Guess I did it just enough!

1N4001 I had them at work, but here is a Radio Shack Link for a pair (just what you need)!

I don't know about these but I got my DRL's from these guys half the price of AAC's they sell plasma and LED's and the LED's do have a built in "smart drive" so they call it. I'v had them on for a few months with no problems I did have to send one pack right after I got them tho but they replaced it with no problem they fit tight but don't snap all the way in like most others. I do have the V-led switchbacks for my turn signals/running lights and they work great.

I don't have a pic of it, but you simply roll the stock o-ring (which is bigger) on top of the v-leds one. It fits snugly over it.

I hate to ask this but after reading everything I am still a little unclear. What part number do I order and do they plug right in IE, unplug my stock DRL and these plug in the same connection. I have a 2011 2SS btw, my wife hates the yellow DRL compared to the HID headlights.

If your car is an RS, you need the P13w.

If it is not an RS, you need the 5202.

And yes they just plug in.

Thanks to the people or person who showed how to trim the tabs so the bulbs click in and the suggestion of doubling up the orings of the old stockers and this worked great as well. Thanks guys install went great and better yet they look awesome! Better than I had imagined. For the money....awesome mod.

RocTrux. Can you show us photos of your LED DRLs in comparison to the halos/HIDs?
I'd like to see how much of the blue like the others have. I have the AACs plasmas and have been thinking of getting different ones because they are a little too blue and and I don't care to be a cop magnet.
