Smile Buying kooks LT headers and cats

Hey guys if anyone wants to sell their kooks LT headers ( 1 7/8 or 2 inch) and or high flow cats I am VERY interested! comment or pm a price, model, and use for your headers. Oh and I am planning on installing with the factory cat back system so If I'll need an adaptor or anything like that just let me know. I am also interested in stainless works LT headers.

This is an awesome deal:

You won't need any adapter. It will attach via the factory 2.5" sleeve clamp.

Good luck on the headers. Just a reminder however that when you buy used headers, the warranty does not transfer. So if something breaks, or the cats go bad, that $200 you saved buying used suddenly is not such a deal.

$500 is a pretty good deal. If you buy just those headers you'll need to either get his HF cats or buy some off-road pipes to get them connected to your cat-back.

I got a deal like that on mine (actually mine were even cheaper because I bought a package deal) and I sent mine off to get them ceramic coated. Now they look like the pic posted below.

There is nothing wrong with 1 3/4" if you don't plan to go forced induction or with a big cam and heads. My car put down 412 rwhp with them and most 1 7/8" put down around 415. So, just a little less HP.

Now, if you want new or those don't work out for you. Check with Maryland Speed. He had a deal going where you could get 1 7/8" ceramic coated for $950 and I think that might have been with HF cats (you'll have to double check that).

Here is what my 1 3/4" look like now.

Wow your headers look very sexy! What's everyone's take on the ceramic coating? Is it just asthetic? And the guy that posted that last add isn't replying to me so it doesn't look good :( does anyone ever replace the heads on these camaros? I heard they were already pretty high flow. And why would a cam need the bigger headers? Is it just cuz the exhaust valve stays open longer? Sorry for all the questions haha I'm kinda a nube.

Oh and does anyone ever go completely cat-less? Is it a bad idea?

There's really no horse power difference since hi flows flow so well. The only difference you might notice is the smell.
