Dynatech, Kooks or ARH LT Headers?

Hi folks, I am adding LT headers to my 2010 Inferno Orange SS. I am thinking about Dynatech, Kooks or ARH LT's. I am leaning toward Dynatech because the price is less than Kooks or ARH.

I know this question keeps coming up but what is the best band for your buck when it comes to LT's. I am looking for a great fit, HP gains of course and I want them to look good. I do hit a few local shows with my SS so the look they have is a bit important meaning not sure I want stainless since it turns color with heat from what I am told. Not really racing either just street cruising with 1/4 mile run once in while for laughs.

Thanks!

Can't go wrong with any of those brands. Make sure that you get them coated if you want them to look good.

Thanks , I am considering going to Ted for the LT's and a cam upgrade from the stock one I have now. They seem to have a very pro shop and customer oriented friendly service.

I have to say the Kooks Stepped high flow cats and a tune are awesome. 51rwhp gain and sound great with the stock pipes and cans. yes they cost but I think they are worth it.

I went with the Kooks. They may be a little more on the pricey side, but fit like a glove. Put them on with the help of my brother in my garage yesterday. Took us about 4 hrs. The sound is great.

I went ARH that I picked up from Jannetty. He can send them to a coater he has worked with for many years that did outstanding work on mine.

All three brands are top quality LT headers you can't go wrong with either of them. I went with Kooks because they fit right in easily no fuss. Check out MarylandSpeed I'm sure they give you an awesome deal that you can't resist.

Hold off pay a bit more and get the the Kooks and have them coated. Will say it a 2nt time Coated! The coating will lower the temp on the pipes by 200 or so and they will keep there good looks. Also Kooks fit very well I did not even need to unbolt the steering shaft to install them. A lot of the headers will need a dimple to clear the steering shaft that something to look out for. JRE is the place to go!

I'm guessing the durachrome coating? Gorgeous.

I had them ceramic coated in and out at a place here in Michigan called QC Coatings. Cost was $200. They look just as good in person.

Don't forget about the TSP headers. The quality is every bit as good & the price is nearly half! Not to mention you have a x pipe option, connection pipe option, with & without cats option!

Dynatech's, all 3 are quality pieces, but after installing all 3 I found the quality, fit and finish slightly better on the Dynatech's and they consistantly make slightly more h.p. after the tune, stock or modified engines. They just seem to work the best.
Regardless of which you get you wont go wrong. I went with Dyntech's on my personal Camaro after trying them all on clients cars, I have 40k on them with no issues.

I personally went with ARH but as the others have already stated, all are good brands.
