Seriously though you'll get there I am sure. What were you doing with the tires (pressure, heat, etc) and launch (rpm, clutch engagement, nannies, etc)? Anyone shoot some video?

Wish I could have gone.

This is what I was doing this weekend - finally finished around midnight Sunday.

Also an FYI for everyone - if you disconnect the battery, DO NOT close the trunk!

There's a manual release, just fold down the back seat.

Unfortunately the back seat was full of all the console parts and the trunk had the subs and amp back there. It was too hard to go that route. Just used jumper cables to get enough power to use the door button.

We usually meet in front of Staples in Mission Valley around 5 PM : 1880 Camino De La Reina San Diego, CA 92108

Then we cruise down to Qualcomm Stadium.. gates open at 6:00 PM:9449 Friars Road

Marine1991, you were right. I stopped by the dealer yesterday and there were some chunks taken out of one of the stripes on my hood. Guess what? Yep, they tried to say they were there when I brought the car in lol I'm seriously fed up with this dealer and the whole situation.

talk to the service manager, NOT the service advisor, I threw such a fit they gave me the money to fix it, I mean I was going to get it fixed anyway by a dentless paint guy but I was so pissed and that just made me madder...

I'm going to try and get the whole kit replaced so I can replace the roof stripes as well that I messed up on installing. It might be messed up but for as much as they've jerked me around I think its fair. The service advisor already said they'd replace the stripes on the hood.
