Any recommended headers for an SS?

I can't decide which headers to get Borla, Gibson, ADM. So what'll get me the best results? Which one's worth buying?

There are TONS of threads on headers. Everyone will tell you that the ones they run are great. What that means is, all of them are good and within a few HP of eachother. Pick the one you like the look of, fits your budget, and be happy.

If you are looking to spend a little extra cash, Nick at ARH is a great guy. And their header/catback is awsome with a very unique sound.

Man, just go with the GM performance heads. They blow close to 350cfm and cost much less than a lot of those other ones. I got mine for $595 each. They seem to work awesome too. I netted 100HP at the wheels with those heads and a TSP cam. The cam was rated around 80hp peak so I think the heads did me some good.

I got the Kooks 1 7/8 ceramic coated because of a great deal. It's very rare that you'll hear anyone complain about their headers choice.

I like the Stainless power unit, There 304 stainless steal no need for coating, lighter weight, mandrell bent smoother flow, thick flang good seal, good fit and good pricing.

I like how you think!

Mister-Camaro: In these threads the replies you get will typically end up being a poll of what headers the members on the forum at that moment have on their cars and what headers the vendors on the forum at that moment carry. Below is a link to a tech article from our blog that has some good information on what makes a good header so you can make your own decision. If you have any questions afterwards feel free to hit me up.

Choosing The Right Headers

Just don't waste your money on shorties...get longtubes, or keep the stock manifolds.
