idealG. Is the price the same as previously quoted to me. They replaced the 2nd gear, synchros, blockers, fork etc and other parts. I want to get this part since it appears to be working well. Question, i nkow this is a GM part but will this have the ability to mess up my warranty? got to be careful if its noticed.

Its the same price, and no it will not void your warranty. They would never know you changed it.

Update: I am the 2nd V6 with this cylinder and the difference is amazing. I have a Barton short throw shifter and the shifts are butter smooth now.. 50% of the notchiness is gone. It really makes the car much more enjoyable and easier to drive/shift. Did some more hard pulls and NO Grind.

Dude hire a mechanic.. If you do not bleed it properly you will not get the benefits..

I would say at any shop it's at least an hours worth of labor.
we charge $75 to install.
