Brake (pedal) shake

So dealer replaced my slave clutch cylinder last week... All that is fine thus far. But they must have had to take off my brake pedal to get to other part.

Now my brake shakes over bumps, and rattles not only pedal but steering column (under dash). So I feel vibrations in wheel while holding it.

Can I fix this safely on my own or do I need to take it back to dealer? I'm rather good with tools but don't want to tighten anything that may prevent brake pedal from doin it job.

They wouldn't have to remove your brake pedal to install the slave cylinder. They had to remove the transmission and might have left something loose. I would definitely take back and test drive with them and show them what it is doing.

Had car at dealer, they said there is nothing to adjust on brake pedal to make it not shake. It can't be normal the gas and clutch pedal are secure. There is about .5-.75" of play either way (left to right) on my pedal. That creates a rattle under dash. If I put foot on pedal, no rattle. S

What should I do find next closest dealer?

Mine had the same problem.....
They first blamed it on my aftermarket wheels, but later said it was normal. I was like wtf?
I would like to know what is really going on.
