Bo White Ported LS3/L99 Throttle Bodies...

Looking for that little edge above the rest? Bo's Stage II throttle bodies go a step further than the competition as he completely disassembles them down to a point, cuts the front of the throttle blade shaft, cleans them up, then reassembles. He then changes the OEM screws to hardened hex bolts, then reinstalls with a loc-tite. This effectively increases the cross section of air allowed into the intake for further increased throttle response and maximum airflow.

PRICE: The price on the Stage II port job is $150ea, including free shipping to you if you are located in the continental united states. There is also a Stage I port job, which does not include the half shaft process, and is a little less aggressive. The Stage I port job is comparable to the CNC ported competition. The cost of the Stage I port job is $100ea, free shipping to you included. Shipping is only included free for customers in the continental United States. I will work with you if you are international.

CORE EXCHANGE: If you can't supply your own throttle body to be reworked, don't worry, we've got you covered. There is a $150 core charge that is fully refundable upon receiving your core in good working condition.

Only stock, unpainted throttle bodies can be accepted as a core return... Painted, powder coated, polished, or throttle bodies that have been previously ported by someone else are not acceptable cores. If the core you send in has been modified in ANY WAY, it will be returned to you and your core charge will NOT be refunded!

RETURNING YOUR CORE: The buyer is responsible for return shipment of their core. There is a form inside each package that must be filled out and returned with the core to allow us to track who's is who's and when they show up so the core refund can be processed in a timely manner.
If your core is not received within 45 days of the purchase date you will not qualify for a core refund. When you return your core, make sure to keep your tracking number. In the event of a loss you will have to file a claim with whatever shipping service you use to return it. Your core charge will not be refunded for a core that is not received. It is advised that when you ship your core back you insure it for a minimum amount of $150. This way, in the event of a loss you can still get your money back through the shipping company

SENDING IN YOUR OWN TB FOR WORK: If you do not wish to pay a core charge to participate in the core exchange program, you are more than welcome to send in your own TB for work. The cost is still $150(Stage II) or $100(Stage I), which includes free return shipping to you. Please contact me and I will give you the details on how that works. I will put you in contact with Bo, the man, directly to handle your request.

REWORKING A COMPETITORS TB: In some cases it may be possible to rework a competitors ported throttle body, and/or do the half shaft mod. If possible, the cost of this may vary depending on the condition of your throttle body. Please contact me and I will give you the details on how that works. I will put you in contact with Bo, the man, directly to handle your request.

(THESE PICTURES ARE OF THE STAGE II PORT JOB. I DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE ANY PICTURES OF THE STAGE I PORT JOB)

THE WAITING LIST:

These are in high demand at the moment, so unfortunately, there is a waiting list. After going through PAGES of messages, the following list of people that are waiting in line to get one... If I have missed you; either you didn't make it 100% clear that you are willing to wait, or I just flat out missed you, for which I apologize. The list is subject to change. If you feel you should be on this list, send me a PM, and I will go back through my messages and see where you would have been placed in line and place you appropriately. If you would like to be added to this list to receive a Bo White ported TB, please send me a PM.

I think the list may get shorter once people see where they fall in line, as most people these days don't want to wait for anything. Below is the waiting list.

Bo charges $75 for the half shaft mod including free return shipping of your TB. Turn around time is pretty quick, he can get them done and shipped back out in 2-3 days. If that's something you're interested in, send me an email to jason@jacfab.com and I will give you his contact info, as he handles all direct work, I only handle the core exchanges.

Thanks for putting the list up Jason. Any rough guess on when the 2nd shipment will come in? Looks like I was too late for the first batch.

Unfortunately I don't have any idea at the moment as this is the first "decent sized" batch to go out. I imagine they'll start coming/going in/out in smaller quantities, 2-3 at a time, but really it all depends on how fast the end user returns their core. Once these finally start circulating, the wait time should be cut down considerably.

Ok. I get tuned in 6 weeks, so as long as I can get one by then I'll be fine. Hopefully enough will come in and out by then.

Fixed. Sorry, it's a little hard to keep track with about 5 pages of PM's about nothing but these TB's.

Bo White Ported LS3/L99 Throttle Bodies...

This may have been asked and answered already, but I have a new '14 1LE. I have a Roto-Fab intake. I DO NOT want to do a tune on my car. Do I have to get a tune with this or can you run it stock and not have any CEL's?

Just got my tb! Can't wait to put it on the car tonight. I'll let you know impressions. We have to fix something with the new anti-sway bars too, so it might not be until tomorrow.

Do we need to do a reset of sorts so the car will relearn the airflow? Or will it relearn eventually on its own?

I'll bump this as well for the same reason. I'm not in a super big rush but is there a status update for when the next shipment of TB's come in?

I assume the biggest bottleneck here is waiting for the first delivery of guys to return their core. As typical, the customer is the bottleneck
