upset with GM/CHEVY DEALERSHIP

First the issue with my horrible gas and now im driving and 2012 camaro begins to rumble and my engine reduction power comes on. WTF . so i come home pissed off, and call my dealership and they dont understand what im telling them. so the girl tells me i have to speak with the manager who she cannot find. so now im even more pissed off. the first thig i did when i got my new car is purchase the warranty extension plan to be sure im covered down the road, however my car has 2000 miles and its already breaking. anyone had this problem before and how did it go?

If your having issues with the car. U need to take it i. It is pointless to talk over the phone. They cannot do any troubleshooting over the phone.

I had a slight miss-fire in my 3rd and 4th cylinder in my 2011 2lt but they are fine now even though the CEL is on. I would be way easier for you to just bring it in or if you have onstar call them and see if they can figure out what is wrong, thats what they did for my CEL problem.

well i would have to call them to see if they can see me today.... why would i drive 30 miles witha messed up engine and the place be closed?

Its under warranty. They have to fix it if you haven't done anything to void the warranty. Become familiar with GM TSB's related to your problem and the lemon laws in your state (to protect yourself). Knowledge is power...
