Aeros & Autos at Ellington Airport
Ok guys and gals Aeros & Autos is just around the corner. May 12th, We will not only have the carshow like in years past, but this year we are going to have the first ever Houston 1/2 mile shootout. This is a standing 1/2 mile speed event on the runway. Who cares about the 1/4 mile, what will she really do? Information about Aeros & Autos can be found at www.fly2houston.com/aerosandautos. dang. i won't be in town, but i'm very very very tempted to just drive the 10 hours on friday night to make this.
I know several of the Apache guys will be bringing their rides: a few chargers, a couple of mustangs and 4 or 5 vettes. But of all of us, only two of us have 5th gens. plus one big ol green heliochopper to take photos with!!
