I know here in VA if your speeding past a certain point, or doing real stupid shit they'll cite you with wreckless endangerment. and if that happens your going away in cuffs, and your car's getting seized. if you get a real good lawyer and pay a bunch of fines you may avoid jail time, but your not going to be driving for awhile.

2 instance of this come to mind...

A guy crashed his M3 pretty bad by showing off.

I saw another guy throw out is clutch trying to do a burn out in his Mustang.

The guys in the Veyron video thought the car was a Lambo...LOL.

That video...I don't see why he crashed...it looks like the Veyron just drove off the road...like asleep at the wheel.

Not trying to sound elitist or anything, but, those of us driving C5s are NOW the cool kids! Maybe some of us are a little older (yep... I'm turning 44 today... DAMN!!!), but we ARE the new cool kids!

I think we can all agree on that one!!

As much as I've heard of "old school" muscle car shows being maligned by some because of a few bad words from some of the "older guys"...I go to one on a regular basis with my car...They are very protective of their regular shows...I have been welcomed there and shown my car...But, anyone, that is anyone, in an older car or new who runs loud, burns rubber, or shows off (coming or going near the meet)...is not allowed in, and not allowed to come back.
Perhaps they recognize the mistakes of their youth, and are just a little leary of the new cars and younger drivers who still can't resist the urge to "show-off".
I'm not lecturing or judging, but just fyi in case you get the stink-eye from an established muscle car show. Show respect, and respect will be returned. Enjoy.

And the second video is just weird. Looks like the guy just decided to drive into the lake. It didn't appear like he was screwing around or lost control or anything.

Not a fan of seizure. Take their license, not their car.
They can garnish your wages or seize other things you own. I'm not a fan of seizure, either but that's up to voters to fix.

The second clip of the Veyron innocently and unbeknownst to the driver caught the owner ditching his car into the drink in order he collect on the one million dollar plus insurance payout..... was major news when it happened......He was eventually charged with fraud and a few other well earned citations.

I didn't know the back story but that was exactly what I thought when I watched. What dumb luck for that moron, he's trying to commit insurance fraud and someone records him doing it lol.

Notice in the Russian video that everyone is laughing and whooping it up about the damage to the rich idiot's car, meanwhile nobody even goes over to look at the damage the ahole did to the SUV.
