Nope. I believe the GMPP header for the V8s (Borla manufactured?...) was discontinued before entering production.

You'll have to wait for the aftermarket to see if SS headers will work :( I'm hoping the CARB-legal ARHs will be recertified for ZL1 and that they will fit

Not all headers will fit these cars.

We have already built clones with all zl1 parts
And headers can be an issue.

Have you tried the American racing headers system?

Consider the new diff' cooler lines; the splitter tray that extends to the tranny; perhaps a larger oil cooler; the EPS should be oriented in a different manor and might interfere; etc.

I asked ARH they said their headers should fit on the ZL1, if they don't they will take them back. Won't know for sure till the first set is installed

I had a conversation with dealership and they said if GM performance made a header and was installed by dealership that would not void warranty

But what about tuning and the check engine light that will probably come on?

That's where your warranty goes away.

headers don't void warranty on their own as far as I know.

The proposed GMPP headers were shorties , so they probably would't have affected MILs because they didn't change the orientation of the O2s. LTs more than likely would trip a code and accounting for that, in the PCM, would likely cause warranty issues...

As long as the headers are a genuine GM factory option, then whatever if any adjustments/tuning (by a GM dealer) to make them work should all be covered under the factory warranty.

The ZL1 is capable of more than 600 rwhp(720flywheel) through stock manifolds.

Headers should not be #1 on the list of mods.

dual cats are pretty restrictive any way you look at it

I was hoping the exhaust would be 3-inches, but it'll be interesting to learn what gains there are to be had with the exhaust, from manifolds to mufflers.

THR has already measured for them and has his supplier working on the first set. I'll more than likely order a set from him when mine get in.
