p0430 and p1153

I've got a p0430 and p1153. Check enging light is on. O2 sensors perhaps? If so can I just get more stock ones...I have long tubes?......Before I go trying to replace things...is there some sort of additional test that I can do besides using a tool to show my trouble codes?

I was driving all of the sudden engine light came on....the car is low on fuel...not sure if that matters...googled the codes and they seem to point to O2 sensors. No exhaust leaks or anything like that?

Does this affect my current tune?

Spark plug defoulers and steel wool should fix it, or a tune.
