Yea it's not as much of a nuisance as the peeling and bubbling, or the popping from the iphone audio via wire over extended use, or the noise from the roof of the car on street driving making it sound like something is loose around the area of the Garage Opener buttons. No, not as much of a headache.

What kind of noise are you hearing from the roof area? Is it near the dome light area?

When I close the trunk lid, I hear a rattle inside the lid. Is that a nut from the rear spoiler or from the XM antenna??

I am sorry to hear this. Have you been able to take it to a dealership to diagnose this issue that you are having? They should be able to address the concern and also check your VIN for any applicable warranties. Please let me know!

Yea I had a rattling in my trunk, it was from a broken drill bit that snapped off while I was installing my zl1 spoiler lol! As for the iPod popping that usually happens when the volume of the iPod is turned up all the way and plugged into the car. I turned my iPod volume down a bit and it solved the Problem I haven't had time to take my car to the dealer for the dash this week so it will have to be next week.

mine has started to bubble ever since the heat started getting really real the last few weeks. I guess at some point I'll take it to the dealer, but it's not all bad, there had been a spot on the dash just to the left of the bubble ever since I bought it, nothing would get rid of it.

Now GM will get rid of it for me I suppose

Solutions for Camaro Issues...

Ok, so far, I won't put the top down, I won't drive in the rain, and I won't open the trunk.
Now...the bubbly dash and the Service Air Bag light...
I know...I won't get inside the car. All problems solved!

That is a good question! I will ask when I go next week. That would suck cause I dont want to get an extended warrenty....after the 3/36 runs out, this is when I go broke on aftermarket parts

Another owner here with with dash bubbles At 3100 miles. Not sure how long it's been like that but I had just wiped down the dash and the spot under the vents moved as I applied pressure. It's a big air bubble trapped underneath the material. Disappointing...

bubble here too.... I am having trouble with the factory subs not working off and on as well...

dealer just ordered a new dash piece for me, and they will replace both the subs and dash piece on the same day.... great to work with warranty wise... but a pain to get dropped off... ect... my Airbag programming thing turned into me having to leave it for a whole day because it wouldn't take the new code.... the service guy had step by step intructions which required 30-45 wait times between battery disconnects, ect... its slated as a 20 min job which took them almost 4....

Another bubbled dash reporting in. Just noticed it on my 2012 2SS/RS vert with 1800 miles on it.

I guess since I live in FL, this is going to be a recurring issue until they have a redesign?

I also have a new dash on order for they bubbling issue on my 45th Anniversary Camaro. It sounds like they will replace just one section of the dash, not the entire thing? I am a little afraid of a dash replacement, my car is only 6 mos. old.

I have been to my dealer too much now since i have bought this car (5 times).

Should I really take it in again for this when it seems that their current solution doesn't resolve the issue? I received a Service Bulletin to also get the Airbag issue reprogrammed. Any other Service bulletins on the 2012 I should be aware of before I go in there? I'm tired of dropping off my car.
