IS paint matching any good ?

i plan on painting re painting some pieces and in the future some side rockers.
all the shops quoted me around the same and they all say they only paint match? is matching any good compared to buying the paint from my dealer ? i have SGM and is pain to match according to many on here.

Just because you buy the exact paint code doesn't mean it will match. Paint fades over time and with weather. A painter will "paint match" by taking the exact paint and mixing with with other colors so it "matches" your cars current paint.

I DISAGREE Look in my Profile PICS I had my rear Bumper and Defuser repainted after a little Mishap You wouldn't know it had I not told you Matched perfectly And I got a warranty from the body shop. Look at Newest MOD Picture.
