Stinky clutch.....again

When my car was new I would smell burning clutch while backing into my driveway, or sometimes from stops. I've been driving stick awhile and have never had that issue. It eventually went away. My car now has 2700 miles on it. I changed the fluid in the reservoir last weekend and the smell is back. No matter how little I slip the clutch I get the odor. At 2700 miles the fluid was also black. Wondering if I have a sticking clutch????

I was starting to get grinding in 2nd gear on a 3-4k shift. That's gone now though.

Is all the air out of the system?
Just a thought.

I know there's no air. I sucked the fluid out with a turkey baster, I didn't drain it.
