Once more tuning options come around for you LFX guys, I suspect you will be able to make as much or more bolt on power than the LLT.... and do it easier.

Lucky yous.

I placed an order for mine today as well. I'll be going to pick mine up as soon as it's available and get it installed with them in Bradenton. I'll post some more info when it comes time since I wont have to wait for shipping or anything.

Bump.

And looking forward to hearing more about your experience.

Will the wait be dependent on filling the 20 pre-orders or will there be 20 made at the appropriate time regardless of whether or not they are sold?

Didn't know there was another thread related to this but I wanted to jump in here and say hi. I'm the tester for the LFX TB and I posted my impressions over in the other thread at http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=215759.

Short answer is that it felt awesome! Throttle response seemed smoother and the torque felt measurably stonger as well. I'm anxiously awaiting the call to come back down and run her again.

To STuRTzz, and anybody else that might not know exactly what the deal is, bascially they grind out material and re-shape the inlet of the TB (via computer controlled CNC machines) allowing more air volume and smoother flow. This allows the engine to take as much air in as the intake will allow resulting in more power and smoother throttle response, particularly improving things in the 1200 to 2400 range (the infamous "dead spot").

Thanks for sharing the link, and for donating your car. Tracy's done a lot of good stuff for the V6 community. Can't wait to get this on my car!

question about the price, says $365, but then says $150 + $200 core, so is the other $15 for the shipping?

Total price you pay up front is $365...that gets you the TB shipped to your place.

You ship your old one back and get $200 back.

Net price after refunds is $165.

I understand how it becomes confusing sometimes......

Thanks and we'll continued to look forward to y'alls orders!
