V6 putting on SS shocks/springs

I got a set of shocks & springs from a 2011 SS to put on this weekend. Anything I need to be concerned about, other than an alignment afterward?

Also, I replaced the 2 drivers side tires a couple months ago (under warranty), and I'll be purchasing the passenger side tires very soon. Should I wait for the alignment after the new tires are put on?

Other than the alignment afterwards you don't really have anything else to worry about. The install should be a pretty straight forward swap. The ride height my change slightly as well, which is more reason to have the alignment checked.

To get the most tire life out of the new passenger side tires, get the car aligned before the new tires. That being said your alignment will not change when you swap over only tires.
