Thumbs up First ZL1 to Run 10's in Quarter Mile - 10.794 @ 134.36 mph

We are back at Muncie Dragway again today, this time with our yellow ZL1.

We made it into the 10's.

10.794 seconds and 134.36 mph
10.953 seconds at 134.95 mph

I will post more info as the day goes on.

I will post a complete vehicle modifications list later as well. Basically the same as the red car plus some additional modifications (OD damper, CNC ported heads, LPE GT9 camshaft, low restriction race filter).

Now what should be our next target - 9's?

BTW - ignore the date and time, the track PC date and time are wrong (off by a day).

Details on the ZL1:

The yellow car has the components that would be found in our 700 hp package except we are spinning the supercharger faster (2.38" upper pulley and 5% overdrive damper instead of 2.55" upper pulley and 10% overdrive damper). Also we are running VP109 unleaded race gas and have the calibration modified for that fuel.

Power at the rear wheels is 722 hp and 651 lbs-ft.

the hood thing messed me up

i had carbon on order first and dealer said for order to go threw at the time it was picked up i had to change to black

i changed it and at the time it went to 3400 back in jan the black hood was on hold and i went back to 3000

but ive been told the week of the 23rd of april

i have all kinds of parts sitting here and waiting so i can go try to run in the 10s lol i hope

Any thoughts on how pump gas would change the performance/power?
