2013 Navigation touchscreen?

Does anyone know yet on when, where, and how much or whether the new navigation touchscreen for the 2013 model year Camaro woulld be available to purchase as an individual part. I have never liked the stereo interface on my 2010 but do enjoy the look and function of my heater/cooler knobs and the center door locks, which is why I never got an aftermarket touchscreen. I do like the look of the new one coming out and want to put this in my Camaro.

Everyone is pretty much waiting to see how much retrofit activity is going to be involved in making this work.

Let's assume the part from the dealer is going to cost more than $1,000, plus you will likely have to buy the modified HVAC controls and trim, if the opening size in the dash is exactly the same.

So, $1000 + all those trim pieces (I'd guess the HVAC controls and trim are gonna be like $500?)

Is it worth it over buying a very, very nice DVD/Nav aftermarket unit and a Metra kit? I think only you can decide that, but to me, it ain't worth the hassle.

The center door locks aren't present on this trim, just FYI. But I'm with ya. Even if I can only get that trim piece, I'll put my own head unit in.

The Alpine kit is nice...have not heard many revues.

I personally like the look of the new system from GM over the aftermarket units. Cannot wait to see what all is involved.

Not just yours. Looks like it was made by Texas Instruments, if you know what I'm getting at.
