One of my (RS) Headlights Turned PINK! [photo]

It's difficult to get a right photo, but one of my RS headlights changed color today. I have final exams coming up and I'm low on cash so this is quite problematic. How long do I have before it goes out? and I'm assuming the life of the other one will follow?

Is the temperature of the BULB 4300k? What is it stock RS? and should I get Aftermarket replacement bulbs or from the dealer? I'm guessing it'll be quite expensive (I searched, found 2SSRS's video on how to replace them) but I still have to get the entire headlight off right? damn it.

breast cancer awareness? my baby 'maro has pinkeye and I got no health insurance :'(

Also, for anyone that ends up searching and reading this. the bulbs are apparently ~$160 a piece through GMPartsWarhouse...OOOOOUUUCH.

If I could find out what type they are so I can find some aftermarket ones, but I don't know what to search for besides "4300k hid bulbs"

I have no idea what that could be

First you dont need to remove the headlight off the car, second there D1S bulbs and you can get them for a looooottt less the that and you can get higher K for light, the only thing you need to do is remove the locking ring and put it on the new bulbs.

Thanks for clearing those up. As for the dealer I didn't contact them yet because this was only became an issue a few hours ago. I found a lot of replacement bulbs on Amazon and a few other sites. I'm wondering if the current lights will last more than week or so? or will they burn out tomorrow.(?)

In anycase, thanks all. I'll update this if it's necessary.

Try this site. I have not used them, but I've heard nothing but good about them. Plus, you get a choice of Kelvin ratings like 2SSRS said. You don't at the Stealership.

I have 40k miles on it. And my dealer is incredibly frustrating and they always have an attitude when I talk to them. I suppose it's because I'm young and they're not too happy that I drive a car like that, it's very unfortunate.

I'm actually worried about something else now, I just realized the "ticking" noise I hear on engine starts is a real problem:

but that's another thread
(don't bump this guys, PM me if you have questions)
