Blew Dry my Car 1st time.. WOW!!!

All my neighbors got a real kick out of witnessing me handwash and then use a Leaf blower "that I've never used on my yard" to dry my car.
I must admit I was scepticle, but WOW! I really liked it. It really reduces light scratching on the paint. I had to move fast because I was in the sun, but then I pulled it into the garage and used some detail spray to clean up any lacking water spots it turned out great! Thanks guys for all the tips. Glad I found a use for my leaf blower just ripped the turning end funnel off and boom, a great car dryer

I've been doing it the past 15 years. I do it on all my cars. I started doing it when I was into motocross. It made it so easy to dry everything off. Works great on wheels.

My mother's neighbors kind of look at me like I'm crazy too, but they don't give me nothing but compliments or "Can you do my car next?" because I have the cleanest/best maintained car in the neighborhood

This is what I use. Takes me as long to dry as to wash, but I get every drop out of every crevice.

All I get is dirty looks from my neighbors. My family used to wonder what the heck I was doing. Eventually, I explained to them the correct way to dry a car and my pops actually asked me to show him each step.

don't most gas powered leaf blowers exhaust through the blower pipe?

I would worry I'm blowing oil and grime all over my freshly washed car.

this has crossed my mind before though..
