CDI torque wrench?

...Is it really snap-on quality? I know they were indeed bought by them, and my research reveals a slightly different head. But, I used a husky home depot wrench this weekend and did not feel comfortable with its quality. I want to buy some nice wrenches, but I dont want to spend the $200+ for the snap ons. The $120-150 CDI is very attractive. Do they come with calibration certs? Do they have the lifetime warrenty/recalibration thing?

Any first hand experience?

CDI is snap on. Snap on farms out all the torque wrench parts. I work for a steel heat treater that processes the handles. The tubes are just tubes and I wouldn't pay for either the CDI version or snap on version. Keep what ya got. Both companies are very hard to deal with as well, I won't buy snap on after dealing with them for years.
