Yep. I like my V6, and wasn't willing to spend the money on the 8...at least not at the crooked dealers around here. They wanted $10 grand difference.

The exact same car I have today! I love this car more today than the day I brought it home.

What's important is wanting what you get, not the other way around.

If I could do it all over again I wouldn't have went out the day my car got hit in a hit n run and $4800 in damages to my car... Other than that would have done everything the same.

I would get a brain. Then maybe I would have done all my research before I bought the car instead of after. I bought the Automatic Tranny SS not knowing that it likes to make fart and bogging noises. I did not notice it on the test drive. But I took care of that with a tune from JRE. Now it runs like a Camaro should. Now: To work on getting that brain

I Planned for this. I have left my SS stock and bought it for $28k used. So as soon as I see some used ZL1s for sale in 1-2 years i will sell my SS for $22-25k and snatch one up. That way i will only lose $3-5k. Sweet!!

I bought used and CGM was in my top three colors, but if I was doing it over again I would have held out for an IOM.

I am happy with mine, but sometimes I think how I would have liked the Rally Yellow. I would have gotten a Rally Yellow instead.

If I HAD to do it and I couldn't pick another camaro, I'd get a 2012 Boss 302.

That is because I don't want any other camaro for the money, and the Boss 302 is right around the price range of my 45th. Sure I'd want a ZL1 over a Boss 302 but that's a higher price range.

So yeah, Boss 302 if I had to do it again and couldn't have my camaro.

Put the money down a used Ferrari Modena 360. Hell, you can buy a used one like brand new for 80-90K. Just can't imagine spending that much on a vehicle, or... can I? :-)

I would have waited until 2012 and had the factory install the power passenger seat. Only downfall would be I like the early steering wheel better. So I guess that makes me very happy with what I have, plus I have 10,000 miles of smiles

Other than that exactly the same.

If I could do it all over again I'd be more about buying brand new over buying used other than stepping up to a V8 from a V6. I bought a used 2011 1lt/RS a week ago and doing my first wash and wax I'm noticing a lot of scratches and chips that I didn't notice while it was sitting under the overhang of the dealers building in the shade when I bought it (not to mention the car was dusty because we where in a semi-drought). Meguiars NXT wax does have a lot of fillers in it and the wax job with it did help hide most of the fine scratches, but there's a lot of road chips around those fake side grills behind the doors whatever you call them and also on the lower front bumper and the lower body right behind the front tires (hard to see unless you kneel down).

From ten feet away the car does look brand new but when you get up close you can see these paint imperfections here and there. I would of went brand new from the beginning, but this being my first car I've ever owned (I'm coming from owning eight pickups in a row) I didn't want to go all out price wise when I wasn't really sure I'd be happy driving it for the long haul. Now that I've driven it for a week I absolutely love it! But if I could do it all over again I would of just ordered a brand new one. Actually I only paid trade in price for it from the dealer so maybe I wouldn't loose too much on a trade in for a SS? But even so, I was wanting a daily driver with better fuel economy than my V8 Lightning and only a week into it, the gas savings with the V6 Camaro isn't small, it's HUGE!!! So I'm not sure jumping into a pricier V8 is really the right thing for me to do although my Lightning is 450 ft/lbs of torque stock and I do miss all the torque when driving the Camaro but I have to remind myself I wasn't even in the market for something as nice as a V6/RS Camaro and it seems like the perfect compromise between what I needed and what I wanted. But if I could go back, definitely fork up the extra dough for brand new.

Gotten an Aqua Blue before they were discontinued or waited and gotten a 2012 in red. IBM is too hard to take care of and keep it looking clean...

A 2009 BMW Z4M, wife wanted the Car, I ended up with it. She did not like all the Blind spots. But I've been driving it for a couple of years, and love it.

I would have gotten the 2LT in IBM instead of the 1LT... but this was the only IBM within 500 miles. I gave up a lot of options to get her but she's worth it-- I've basically upgraded her to a 2LT anyway.
