After looking at hundreds of pics here, I see some Rally stripes that go over the spoiler in the rear but most don't go over the spoiler and are just on trunk. I read that one owner had his painted that way but have seen others. Is it factory vs dealer install ?

the ones that were over the spoiler were painted.

Both Factory and Dealer installed stripes will NOT be over the spoiler.

Anything from GM or the Dealer will stop at the spoiler and front hood.

I do not think this is entirely true. Every factory CGM vinyl stripe picture I have seen shows the stripes going up ON the rear spoiler, but not wrapping OVER. So I think there is some mis-information going around.

Look closely on the rear. This is a production car with factory CGM stripes.

Surely, 1 2Many, you were around to know how we let GM know over and over we wanted the stripes to go onto the front fascia and over the rear spoiler, but it came down to the difficulty of the installation on the fascia of the SS's with the mailslot, and whatever reason in the rear. So, we have them the way they are, shown CORRECTLY in your photos, stopping at the front of the hood and ON the front side of the rear spoiler.
