Syncing a Samsung Galaxy Note to your Camaro

Hey guys!

I currently use an iPhone 4, but I'm thinking of buying a Galaxy Note. Can I sync it with my Camaro to make calls and listen to music through bluetooth? I really need to make sure this specific feature will work.

Thanks guys.

I'm almost sure it will work. I connected two samsung products up to the car this past year and even my cheap walmart phone works too.

I use my Samsung Captivate all the time and it syncs up automatically via blue tooth all the time and without ever a problem. I too am planning on getting a Note as well(when they come down on their prices) and it should work just fine

Excellent! Thanks a lot guys, I really appreciate it. I honestly could not find the answer anywhere on the web! So I thought I'd just ask it here. Thanks again.

In the audio forum they say that the sound quality of bluetooth isn't that great.

Agreed. I have my Galaxy Tab mounted from Center Speaker (Pro-Clip) and the bluetooth works great for me. I play movies for my kids in the backseat a lot.

as mentioned it works for sure I too have a note I do find that bluetooth music lacks in the low end unfortunately. I have an old gen 2 30gig ipod I leave connected in the console for music it doesnt hold a charge any more so it's perfect to leave in the car.

ok quick question on getting the Bluetooth to play music. do you need the anything special at all or should it do it automatically? I have my Droid Razr synced with Bluetooth for the phone but couldn't figure out how to do it for the music.

Bump

I have a Galaxy Note and had no problem syncing it, but did not see an option or way to play music through Bluetooth. Any suggestions from those who have done this successfully.

As long as you have the media bluetooth connection (different from the hands free calling bluetooth connection) you should be fine. Go to any of the cd/aux inputs, press menu, go to bluetooth setup and pair the device for GMmusicConnect (or something close to that). Once paired and connected you should be able to play music from your phone or stream pandora, IheartRadio, etc...

Thanks. As soon as I get home from travel, I will try it.
