I enjoy this banter, as long as no one gets hurt. I think IPF, RX, and STS have put some serious money where there mouth is. Turning out FI products where others could not or would not. Please video if a race occurs.

^ Like I said earlier yep!

Like I posted when I got my car back, I'm at boost at 3200 RPM's at WOT. All depends how you work that gas pedal. If I go easy it takes alil longer, but that ain't no fun lol! And nice dyno sheet scrming!

At Firebird Raceways here in Arizona they required me to have a fire coat because its supercharged..Otherwise i would have got in last week to race because I had the helmet to borrow.

Also for the Camaro5 fest, Would anyone like to pay for my trip there from Arizona and ticket to get in? I also start college up again in August so who wants to be a college student for a week or 2?

Realy looking forward to some time runs...I hope you pull down some fantastic numbers. If I were you I would link up with someone at the track to borrow their gear.

I havent figured out how you guys can wait for track time with these things. I would be waiting at the gates a day after I got a big mod like this installed to see what its capable of but thats my gotta have it now personality. Lol

VMax 4 wide would be awesome!! But they only run 4 wide at National events....no matter the outcome it would be a great time for all.

VIDEO Proves it happened

I am sure alot of V6 owners would love to see a four wide race of FI V6 Camaros.

That was a STUPID rule the put in back in 2006 or 2007... any car with an aftermarket supercharger, turbo of nitrous, the driver had to have a fire jacket... they yanked that rule within a year or two...

again... fire jackets are cheap..

Nitrous is pretty scary stuff. If I had Nitrous I would be saying "Will this be the last time in this car?"

Nitrous isn't scary at all, as long as it is DONE RIGHT!!! And you don't get GREEDY!!! The main negative about Nitrous is, it is basically a track only application... really not very useful on the street and is illegal to use on the street in a majority of states...

Installation price is spoken about in IPF's thread on the SC.

Just recently I drove from AZ to CA over 333.6 miles and when I filled up it was 12.8 gallons. My fuel economy was about 26 mpg.

You will have to ask IPF about that because its over 240 parts but as I have seen the material is very durable but light.

Thanks for all the info Brandon. I've been following your stuff on Facebook too. Glad to see even more detail here. I've been trying to decide which I think will be better for me in my situation, the IPF or the RX. I am leaning more your way, I think. I've got the same small list of mods you do, so their tune will be fine for me. Not sure I want to drive my car 900 miles to Tempe for the install, but hoping they have a local network installer here in Colorado.

I look forward to seeing your track results. It is most helpful, however, if you have existing pre-install track numbers to compare to. I've been racing mine for about a year now, so I'll have that comparison when I get the SC.

Good luck, and please do keep us posted. It is a scary decision to make, hoping to pick the right one.
