Yellow or Black? - Camaro Forum - 2010 Camaro / Camaro Z28 SS Forums

Alright guys I thought i had made this decision when I ordered but after going to the dealer today and seeing a yellow camaro w/ blk stripes sitting right beside a black camaro w/ white stripes it has agian fueled my yellow or black choice.

First of all definately don't like the matte stripes when i found out this was the only option I cancelled from my order knowing I would get custom striping done. Second the black looked absolutely sexy sitting there with white stripes, and i'm sure would look good with silver stripes or even the cgm stripes. I still like the yellow but seeing them both is making my decision really hard.

Pro and Cons:
Yellow is probably a more rare color but will also be more prone to getting pulled over. Black is beautiful sleek and sexy, and a bitch to keep clean. Yellow is unique, you just don't see many yellow cars on the road. Black alone looks kinda plain but you throw some stripes on there and OMG the beast comes out to play.

Any input, thoughts, did anyone else go through these two color choices? Also If i got black car I would want the inferno orange interior i think its incredible, but would prob want to keep white or silver striping not sure i would like orange striping. Would this be hideous combo or ok to have the orange interior with lets say white stripes outside?

Oh and before you guys say anything I know

I've seen both in person also...yellow with black!!!

I've seen both and the yellow is stunning in the sun. The black was cool but looks like hell when it gets even a bit dusty.

If you are not into keeping your car looking good, don't get black even though I don't think any other color even comes close to doing for the Camaro what the color black does.

Wow I just looked throught the black thread and saw black with orange stripes and it actually does look really really good. Decisions decisions well I am still another 10 or 11 cars away from getting pulled so i have a little time.

I will take pleasure in washing it everyday if need be so thats not a prob. There is nothing to make me go one way or the other I'm almost 50/50, I haven't owned anything black since my 92 silverado and I loved it.
