The lights do not look like they are on. Are you sure that you have the switch turned on for the fogs?

yea i got the exact harness as you did and tcats friend help me install the harness, that why im confused about how dim the lights look

You're fog lights are not even on much less dim. I think you're confusing the DRL's (Big lights) for fog lights (Little lights). And your DRL's look plenty bright. There's definitely something wired wrong because the fogs aren't turning on.

i understand the difference between the two, that why i said my fog lights look weak, just finished talking to ofer and i do have the wires installed correctly
