Sagging Glove Box

Anyone else having this issue? I don't know what can be done to resolve it and the dealer doesn't seem to agree that there is an issue, but it was not like this when I picked it up!

Do you have something inside that is blocking it? Or did you not close it hard enough? Mine does that as well but it is usually because I didn't close it hard enough.

Doesn't seem to help if you slam it, and it's far from full.

There is a cord on the right side, is something blocking that or perhaps it became detached.

mine sags on the upper left side. You have to press it in to make it click shut. Must be an alignment issue.

Sorry to hear about this hotpass. Is there another Chevy or GM dealer in your area that might be willing to take a look at this? Any GM dealer should be able to perform this work for you. I certainly hope that it is something simple and you can get back to enjoying your vehicle soon. Let us know how things go if you try another dealer.

What was the resolution here? I just noticed mine doing the same thing on the left side. Hopefully the dealer will fix it when it goes in for the convertible recall fix.

Well, my dealer told me there was nothing wrong with the glove box. He told me to slam it harder and it stays put. I will be driving it over some big bumps then driving right back to have them look again.
