Pack of SLP ZLs
Hi C5'ers - Just the other weekend at a MidAtlantic C5 meet, I had the privilege of cruising with 3 other SLP ZLs. So we decided to do a little photo-op for the site. This was one mean pack of Camaros, combined horses over 2300HP. Two of the others are from C5 as well (SS4FUN and LWM). Enjoy the pictures...

Pretty cool! One of my local dealers have 2 ZL's on the lot, but I'm pretty sure they are 2011's that have been there since last spring about this time, or they're two different ones that just happened to be optioned with the same exterior colors and trim packages.

That's the perfect scenario to get a good deal on one. Sticker shock is scary at first, but if they have been sitting, I'm sure they are ready to mark down quite a bit. Whoever gets either of those should offer well below invoice on the initial build of the car and work a good discount on the second stage invoice for the SLP package. They'd rather sell low then have them sit.

There is one at a local dealer here, a wicked SGM one, it's a 2011. It's been sitting for a while, however I think the reason is it's an automatic. Still pretty killer looking.

Before you even posted that, I was already thinking it! I bet the dealership wants these cars gone and are ready and willing to "wheel and deal".

It really depends on the ZL trim/power level and additional options. These can range from 40-60K+.

SLP offers both NA and Supercharged special edition ZL cars. They only make 250 a year and all are sequentially numbered. One of the greatest things about them, warranty!

I would buy that SGM w/ automatic in a heartbeat if I could! The ones I had seen are indeed the same 2011's from last year, both manual's. One silver, and one CGM. Surprised that they haven't sold. Price tag when I looked at them last year was I believe $62k and $64k.

The SGM is so beastly looking. I almost pulled the trigger on it.
