Drivers seat release broken?

I know this is supposed to be in another forum but at this time at night/morning no one is looking at them lol.

Anyways...my drivers side seat release (what puts the seat down idk what it's called) can't be pulled out. It's just stuck. If I pull any harder I am afraid I'll break it. I assume it is broken...or am I missing something? They passenger side works fine.

I just kept working mine and now it has loosened up. Just push forward before lifting the latch.

I believe mine had this issue when I looked at it. Caught it before I bought it, and I asked them to fix it before I bought the car. They had to order some parts for it, so I went ahead and bought the car, and had them fix it later. Ezpz, it's covered.

[edit] Oh, you're talking about it not lifting up at all. Mine would lift up but never move the seat forward. Either way, I'm sure its covered
