interesting, that about what a stock ls3 would make with a cam whipple and 12 psi? correct? so the big motor doesn't look like it added much? thats weird, because everyone on that other thread said that big motors add like 100rwhp and such?

Where did you see a stock Ls3 with 732 RWHP 662 TQ bigger question is how long did the motor last...

Big Dog has over 800 rwhp on his completely stock bottom LS3. It's been cammed but thats all thats been done to the engine. It's been 2 years so far and he's gone 9.80's with it. I've seen it with my own two eyes!

6 point roll bar in the car. He's see's the track as often as youve seen Haley's comet. He's is a busy busy man. Usually just at Ted's rentals. He was only allowed to make 3 passes in the 9's before he got the BOOT!

oh ok.PARKED! Would be cool to see how long the motor would last on the street/track at that HP level.

I would be suprised if Don even has 2500 miles on it by now. He's really that busy!

You bring up a good point but needs some clarification.

You will probably never see that much power or Torque on a stock LS3 Long block, with a PD Blower, but we have done this much HP on RACE GAS or METH with a Centrifugal blower but not this much torque.

Centrifugals use less HP to make Boost so more goes to the rear Wheels.

This 416 is On Pump gas with 70 ft lbs more torque and still has more Head room for more boost up to 20 PSI

732 RWHP Street car with room to grow and Reliability, We surpassed his goals Easily, and still have the option of a smaller pulley and race gas.

We have another whipple build here with the same engine different cam more boost due on the Dyno Tomorrow.

We are Just finishing up the Battery shut off system and engine diaper to run in the nines.

We will be leaning on this one a bit harder with a 10 Rib Drive and More Boost, shooting for 800 RWHP on Race gas.

Ted.
