there's a car Pulling to the side and there's a car trying to kill you

So i didn't notice it on a test drive due to low speeds but 3 days after i picked up my car from the dealer I went on a short road trip at highway speeds and noticed the car was pulling Very hard to the right And when i say it's pulling you take your hand off the wheel and it merges you into the lane to the right or the shoulder or a concrete barrier. Took it in for an alignment the next day and that helped a bit but didn't resolve it.

Got the service manager to go with on a test drive and it took him all of a minute on the freeway to say there's something wrong with the alignment So fastforword a couple of days and there's 2 guys +the service manager checking my tires and Re doing the alignment and it took them about 3 hours to find the issue they ended up pushing the top of the wheel Out or in half a degree and so far that has corrected the issue The only thing that concerns me is he had to push it out of factor spec to get the steering true Im betting someone Nailed a pothole pretty good on a test drive

edit:Let me be clear it's currently Fixed. At this point we are waiting to see what the wear pattern is on the front right tire before looking at taring anything apart. Thoughts?

A lot of pulls that extreme are tire pulls. I'd have em swap rubber and try putting the alignment in spec.

They balanced both front tires and switched them with another camaro and also switched them from tire to tire with no change
