Front License Plates

Are you going to place your front plate on your car?
I have not made up my mind yet.
In the state of Texas, we are supposed to have them on the front and back..

I will ask for the Bracket from the dealer and install it if I get a ticket or install it without drilling holes.

In the state of Texas you don't haft to have it on the front of the car, but you haft to have it visual on the front dash, that's what i'm doing. The cop my nag you about it, but he can't do a damn thing about it, i'm not the biggest fan of cops, and i'm in law enforcement.

I'm going to see how long I can go without one completely. If it starts to become a problem, I will place it somewhere on the dash.

I have seen a Corvette and a mustang around town with the license plate attached to the passenger side visor, then when needed the visor is in the down position and the plate shows out the front. May be a better look than having your plate sliding around on the dash. You could use some small elastic bungiee cords

Not sure what I'm going to do for sure but I do know I'm not going to let the dealer drill holes into my car. I'll do what PlanoCamaroGuy said before that.

You guys don't actually just throw your plate on the dash, right? What happens if you get into a wreck or have to make a quick stop and your license plate is flying towards the passenger's head/neck?

I suspect that here in Europe we'll off-set the plate (like the EVO) due to our size and placement regs. I'm interested to see how GM deal with that. If it's rubbish, I'll import and stick your plate on (that, weirdly, is legal).
