legal question(s)
If someone gives companies your phone number & address, saying thats a contact information for them & you did not give them permission to do it & those companies start calling you. Threating your kids & yourself can you take legal action against the person who gave them that information?
I know you can take legal action on those companies. If so what kind of legal action civil or criminal?

Yes...I can go deep on the since I am a LEO in Ohio. That's menacing here. But can't help you out with your state. I am sure you have a case though. You can sue civily and the state can convict him criminally.
