What makes someone do that? Besides being drunk. Did the kids ASK to ride on the hood??? Or did he just pull that idea out of thin air?

Ive lived in both Florida and now Indiana where this happened not surprising considering the amount of rednecks here. And Florida is just awful....

I rode on the hood when I was a kid back in the 90s. Only went 2 houses down but it was fun. Having said that, with the guys BAC being over twice the legal limit, THAT was just f'in stupid!
