Personally I wouldn't waste my detail spray on bugs... I use turtle was bug remover or Stoner Tarminator

Once you've cleaned it off, i would recommend making sure you have a good coat of wax on the front bumper. They're much easier to get off when they hit the next time and clean up is even easier.

Adams Detail Spray

For bugs, Adams Waterless Wash works great!

Well that's a broad question in which is the best QD around, but here are some that work very well in this term:

Optimum Instant Detailer & Gloss Enhancer

Ultima Detail Spray Plus

Sonus Acrylic Spritz Detail Spray

Pinnacle Crystal Mist Detail Spray

Finish Kare 425 Extra Slick Final Body Shine

BLACKFIRE Midnight Sun Instant Detailer

Meguiars Mirror Glaze #34 Final Inspection

These are great QD's IMO and you can't go work in using them for your finish.

On the Bug problem there I would use a product like the Pinnacle Safe Scrub Bug & Tar Pad
and allow it to soak in a small bucket of car soap and let it soften for about 10-15 minutes before use. It remove bugs and tar easily with the honeycomb texture.
Once done I recommend you do any polishing and then use a sealant like Blackfire Wet Diamond x 2 coats and top it with a carnauba wax and remember always keep on hand ( in your ride ) a microfiber towel and a quick detailed when you run into them bugs. You can call it your QD kit. Remember that Camaro5 members save dinero when using the code CAMARO5 in the coupon box when checking out.
