RPM CUTS OFF WHEN YOU REV IT???

Does any 1 else have this problem and if so how do u fix it it or turn it off??? When I rev the engine in park or neutral the engine cuts off and lets the RPM's go back down...this is on a L99 2ss...

It is programmed into the ecu to save the car from people over reving in neutral or dropping it in gear and breaking parts.

It can be tuned out by a good tuner.
