2 cars ago was a stick. Last car was a auto.
Was time to go back to a stick for this type of car.

My car was delivered from another dealer 200mi away to get a stick with the options I wanted. I simply refused an auto in this vehicle.
Once they got it the deal was sealed.
Since then I have no regrets:flag1::flag1:

I'm lazy and bought an automatic. Pretty happy with it. I know how to drive stick but I've only owned a manual trans car briefly before (about two months). When I was shopping between two dealers they only had ONE manual trans V6 in a combined stock of around 40 Camaros.

It doesn't gain 1. More like 5+. If it was an auto ls3 it would most likely get 19-20 mpg

Nope, daily driver here and happy with my automatic. I drive dump trucks with manuals and when I'm on my way home from work tired, last thing I wanna do is shift gears, lol.

Regarding the transmission, I've always driven stick and love it. Hubby never learned and wants me to get an auto so he can drive it on occasion. The auto feels pretty responsive to me. Not sure how I'd feel about the tap shift, but it's nice to have the option.

You have an amazing car, especially for your age. Hope you enjoy it!
Thank you soo much. And it was a great day. It was a long day but worth it.
