Air Leaking/Whining Sound??

Hey guys could use a little help... I have been getting an fuel line Evaporation code for a few weeks, figured it was my gas cap or something, checked all of the lines and everything looks fine. Last night i take the car out for a spin and it had been a few days since i sarted her up so I warmed up and then went about having a good time if you know what I mean. When i got to my destination i hear a leaking (air leaking sound/whine) It is coming from the left side (passenger side) of the motor, so I checked my catch can for leaks and it seems fine checked my belts, and all tubing along this area. I can make a video clip if it helps, Please let me know if you have any suggestions as to what it could be... Tomorrow I plan on diving in to see if I can find it...
