Hi from Russia! Trouble with Camaro V.

Hi all, my name is Oleg, I from Moscow, Russia.
I have a Chevrolet Camaro V 2010.

I have a problem with my car, after road collision key blocked in ignition, and a and I can't pull out it. The accumulator was discharged, when I charged it, the immobilizer light burn in the instrument panel.
How can i remove a ignition key?
Haw can i engine start?

Sorry bro, not idea. You don't have a dealer or an authorized garage to fix ur Camaros there in Moscow?

If you still have battery power you can remove it from under the steering wheel. If you have your owners manal it's on page 8-19 on how to do it. But you need to have battery power first. Good luck.

Thanks to all, friends!

To Ajmalian: Camaro in Russia still officially isn't on sale, dealers with them work a little. It is not enough of them in Moscow.
To SamHouseIII: I charge the battery for 10-20%
To Baldman: I have battery power for 10-20%, tomorrow I will continue to charge. Camaro is bought used from USA, the instruction wasn't. Thank you, i downloaded a manual, tomorrow in garage I try to start them...
