Class of 2012!

Hello all, I just had my baccalaureate at my school and preceding to my graduation, it got me thinking. What a mix of emotions these past 4 years in high school, and being thankful I only have a short time with the rest of my classmates lol. My favorite memory would be driving my car to school when I got my license and a crowd of people staring and what not....priceless. But I digress, I know they're a few teens on here that might be in the same class but if you don't mind commenting on what your plans are for college and etc. maybe even say what mods, I mean graduation presents y'all got ...car cover and heritage grill are mine

And of course I don't mean to restrict the posts for just my class, but if anybody has any advice and/or wisdom please share

Now for my plans, I plan to go to a community college and get my AA and then go on to FSU to major in business marketing. Also i would like to go to lively tech and get a degree in automotive technician since working on me and my dads car is my passion.

I was class of '11. I came upon the realization during my senior year, being that I was in ROP welding/fabrication and shop foreman for 2/3 of the regular metal classes as well as ROP, that college was just a waste of cash. Granted I would have gone somewhere like Wyotech and not a CC/UC/CSU, to learn 95% of what I already know and spend 30k doing it. Now I'm building race cars, make my own hours, and spending a weekend a month hanging out at NASA events.

just graduated last friday! I'm going to USI for engineering, specifically mechanical. But i plan on owning a repair/custom car shop with my dad afterwards. My mods are for my 1970 Camaro and pretty much include building a nasty big block

I graduated in '10 but I did just graduate from a 2 year school with my associates degree, Im heading to an University for some more peices of paper. And good luck in what you decide to do.

Class of 11 here, I'm going to Nmsu right now and just changed my major from business to computer science, also plan on going to a tech school after this to learn more about automotives. Currently saving up for another Camaro.

i throw some money towards my DD 93 Chevy truck. im looking at a 5.3 swap but thatd be after the big block is done in my Camaro. And if i was allowed, is totally just go to a tech school but im getting a 4 yr degree instead

class of 12 here. my present is a grad party undecided what im gona buy with the money i get. im going to community college for 2 years while i work and then transfer into a university. plan to major in accounting. i loved driving my car to school.

I was in the class of 1972. Auto shop was one of my favorite classes. All the boys worked on their cars there. It was hella cool. French class was also the place to be because the students were nearly all chicks! ¡Órale! (sorry, the Spanish crept in...)

I am class of '15 so I got a few years.

An annoying thing happened yesterday. We got our yearbooks and I was going through it, and I was thinking of joining the school newspaper next year. I thought of doing it this year but decided to do it next year. So I was in the activities section and see a picture of everyone in the newspaper. All girls. Not. One. Guy. My first thought was "Why the **** didn't I do this?!?"

Yeah it was a all girl yearbook committee at mine too, but at my school unfortuently the group was not good lookin

Class of 1972, Skyline HS, Oakland Ca. I too majored in auto shop throughout high school. Any of you youngsters know anything about carburetors, points and condensers?
If I was a graduate this year, I would be worried about the economy and jobs. Where are all the grads going to find work?

I never saw this thread until now. My graduation was June 1st. Next year I am attending school for diagnostic medical sonography and echocardiology. This year I took a pharmacy tech class and if all goes well I will have my Pharmacy Technician certification by the end of July.

My graduation mod from my dad was buying my SS fascia. It was a good deal and already black so we took it then.
