Dirt from wheels on car cover.

As the title says....would a tooth brush and maybe Adams APC do the trick?

Who is the manufacturer of the cover? they will a 800 number and will be able to tell you the proper way to clean the cover. But if no name on it then a safe APC with a soft brush should do the job for you.
