2012 Vert Factory Wireing

Hey guys,
I have a 2012 Vert with BA system. I want to replace the factory amp and sub.

1. I see the wiring diagrams sticky and have looked at all of those. Does anyone know if it is the same for the verts. I am thinking it may be different since the rear speakers are different and there is a sub.

2. Has anyone tried to insulate or build a box around the factory sub location? If so how did you do it and what did you use?

As far as number 2 is concerned I am thinking about just getting some of thin plywood or maybe even some foam of some kind that can fill it in.

I used the wiring harness stickies to add a five channel amp to my system in my 2011 vert. The wiring is the same, the sub is a dual voice coil that uses all four speaker wires (one channel to each voice coil). The other rear speaker wires are for the 3.5" rear speakers that are above the rear armrests. Everything up front and all other wires are just like the coupe. Check this thread out lots of use full info.

I built a sealed encloser in my convertible between the seat back and the front of the trunk. Read this post and do a search for more.
